Mumbai, Nov 10 (NationPress) Actor Shaad Randhawa, who appeared alongside Harshvardhan Rane in their recent film “Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat,” has lavished accolades on his co-star, describing him as a “secure” and “complete team player.”

Shaad remarked, “Harsh is an exceptionally talented, secure actor who embodies the essence of teamwork. Collaborating with him has been a profoundly enriching experience. Apart from being a remarkable actor, he’s also a psychology major—he was diligently studying for his exams even while we were filming! After rehearsals, he would return to his studies during breaks. I've gained a wealth of knowledge from him—his work ethic, discipline, and unwavering passion for his craft. He’s also a wildlife photographer!”

The rapport between Shaad and Harsh has translated beautifully into their performances in Milap Zaveri’s romantic drama.

“It was Harsh’s idea to suggest additional scenes for Sawant’s character to Milap, believing it would enhance the film. That’s the kind of co-actor he is—generous, secure, and deeply invested,” Shaad added.

Directed by Milap Zaveri and produced by Anshul Garg, with Raghav Sharma as co-producer, Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat features Harshvardhan Rane and Sonam Bajwa in pivotal roles. The film narrates a tale of love, obsession, and heartache.

Other cast members include Sachin Khedekar, Ananth Narayan Mahadevan, and Rajesh Khera. The plot revolves around a powerful politician who becomes infatuated with a strong-willed superstar, leading their passionate romance into a treacherous game of obsession, pride, and heartbreak.

Shaad began his career with the film Woh Lamhe as Nikhil Rai. He subsequently took on roles in Awarapan, Dhoom Dadakaa, Rokkk, and Aashiqui 2. His first lead role was in Shashi Ranjan's Dhoom Dadakka. Shaad made his television debut with Ekta Kapoor's Chandrakanta, portraying the character Swayam.
