Mumbai, April 7 (NationPress) On World Health Day, Shruti Haasan emphasized that healing can manifest in various ways.
Reflecting on a poignant video from the 'Saalar' actress' YouTube channel, Shruti’s view on self-care is as distinctive as her artistic persona. Her message serves as a compelling reminder that self-care is a personal journey — not a one-size-fits-all solution. Whether it’s through music, movement, or simply taking a moment for oneself, Shruti advocates for creating your own route to wellness.
In her own words, "Self-care is incredibly vital, and you should engage in it in whatever manner brings you joy. People frequently suggest to me, ‘You should really meditate,’ but I find it challenging to just sit and clear my mind. I’ve discovered alternative methods to achieve this — like a practice called ‘breath of fire,’ where I focus on my third eye — but I incorporate heavy metal because that grounds me. Playing the piano serves as my meditation. Watching Love Is Blind is my form of meditation. It doesn’t matter what you choose — whatever feels meditative to you, in terms of self-love and allowing yourself to breathe and simply exist — that’s where true self-care resides.
On the professional front, Shruti will appear in Lokesh Kanakaraj’s upcoming action spectacle, "Coolie". This much-anticipated drama will star superstar Rajnikanth as the lead.
