Mumbai, Dec 27 (NationPress) Actress Shweta Tripathi has begun filming for her upcoming, yet-to-be-titled project in Bhopal, expressing that this opportunity arrived at a moment when she was yearning for something challenging, layered, and immersive.

Shweta mentioned: “There’s a profound sense of grounding that comes with embarking on a new adventure in a city like Bhopal. I just completed a shooting schedule for Mirzapur: The Movie and found myself almost instantly stepping into an entirely different realm, embracing a new character and narrative.”

The talented actress has opted to prioritize her work over celebrations, continuing to shoot throughout the holiday season and into the New Year.

She elaborated: “While many are enjoying the festivities and welcoming the New Year with loved ones, I’m celebrating this period of my life by engaging in what I cherish most - being on set. This project came to me when I was seeking something that was both challenging and deep, and the moment I heard the script, I knew I had to be involved.”

Described as a gripping drama, the film will be filmed extensively across Bhopal and other regions of Madhya Pradesh.

Shweta further shared: “It’s an intense drama, and the genre calls for a specific intensity and discipline, which genuinely excites me as an actress. Filming in Bhopal and throughout Madhya Pradesh lends an authentic touch to the story, with the locations almost taking on lives of their own.”
