Mumbai, Oct 5 (NationPress) Actress Soha Ali Khan humorously stated that "calories don't count on birthdays" as she completely lost track of the number of cakes she indulged in during her birthday celebration on Saturday.
From enjoying cupcakes with her daughter, Inaaya, to slicing a grand cake at the gym, followed by another cake-cutting with her sister Saba and friends during lunch, and finally another at a lively gathering at home, Soha's 47th birthday was a delightful blend of affection, gifts, and joy.
In a fun video she shared on Instagram, Soha captioned her post, "Lost count after cake number five!! Calories don't count on birthdays, right?" accompanied by cake, balloon, gift, and smile emojis. She also added the popular track "Golden" by Huntrix in the background.
Earlier, Soha gave her followers a sneak peek into her birthday festivities, which revolved around “cake, tranquility, and abundant love.”
On her IG account, she posted a series of pictures featuring her with her mother, Sharmila Tagore, husband Kunal Kemmu, sister Saba, daughter Inaaya, and friends, including Neha Dhupia, among others.
“Cake, calm, and a lot of love — couldn’t ask for more #happybirthday #gratitude,” she remarked in her post.
Soha’s sister Saba also shared a heartfelt note on social media, wishing her “baby” on her special day.
Saba posted a collection of photos with the sister duo alongside their mother Sharmila Tagore, brother Saif Ali Khan, sister-in-law Kareena Kapoor Khan, niece Sara Ali Khan, and nephew Ibrahim Ali Khan. She expressed, “Soha jaan!!! My sister for life. My baby...always. I protect you like a mother. You'll drive me mad...like most daughters (lol). We’ll squabble like sisters! And yet...we also share a unique friendship.”
“My precious proud frustrating Soha bia, wishing you A VERY Special Happy birthday... lots of love. To all the moments... old and new, here’s a tribute to U! @sakpataudi,” she concluded.
