Mumbai, Sep 2 (NationPress) Actress Sonakshi Sinha has publicly criticized various brand websites for utilizing her photographs without her authorization or knowledge.
Labeling this practice as totally unacceptable, Sonakshi expressed her concerns in a note shared on the stories section of her official Instagram account.
"As an individual who frequently shops online, I've noticed my images appearing on numerous brand websites—without proper usage rights or even a simple request for permission. How can this be considered acceptable? When an artist showcases your outfits or jewelry, a post is made to give your brand the credit it deserves, but displaying those same images on your official website? That crosses the line. Let's uphold ethical standards, shall we?" the 'Dabangg' star wrote.
Sonakshi even warned that she would publicly name the brand websites if they did not remove her photos.
She continued, "Essentially, what I’m saying is to take down my images before I start naming names, or inform me where I can send my invoice... your choice," followed by four emojis of laughter with tears.
On Monday, the 'Dahaad' actress uploaded a funny video on her Instagram. The clip features Sonakshi struggling to suppress her laughter while her husband, Zaheer Iqbal, continuously makes her laugh, leading to a delightful outburst. Although the reason for their shared laughter was not disclosed, their undeniable chemistry made the video quite entertaining.
This past Friday, Sonakshi and Zaheer prayed to Lord Ganapati in celebration of Ganesh Chaturthi. The couple was seen performing Bappa's aarti at Salman Khan's residence.
Looking stunning in a white printed salwar kameez, Sonakshi was accompanied by Zaheer, who donned a kurta.
For those who may not know, Sonakshi and Zaheer got married on June 23, 2024, after dating for seven years, managing to keep their relationship largely under wraps.
