Asha Bhonsle's son, Anand Bhosle, announced that those wishing to pay their respects could do so at her residence in Lower Parel, Mumbai, at 11 am.
He told the media, "My mother passed away today. People wishing to pay their last respects can do so at 11:00 am tomorrow at Casa Grande, Lower Parel, where she resided. Her final rites will be held at 4 pm tomorrow at Shivaji Park."
Interestingly, her elder sister, Lata Mangeshkar, a Bharat Ratna awardee, was also cremated at Shivaji Park in 2022.
