Mumbai, Dec 14 (NationPress) The centenary celebration honoring the legendary Indian filmmaker Raj Kapoor was nothing short of spectacular, as a constellation of Hindi cinema luminaries gathered in the Andheri West locality of Mumbai on Friday.

The event was graciously hosted by the Kapoor family, recognized as the pioneering film dynasty in Hindi cinema, as they celebrated the remarkable legacy of their esteemed patriarch.

Among the attendees were Bollywood sensation Ranbir Kapoor and his actress wife Alia Bhatt. Ranbir sported a stylish moustache, likely a part of his character for the upcoming film ‘Love and War’, in which he will share the screen with his spouse and his co-star from ‘Sanju’, Vicky Kaushal.

Ranbir donned a black velvet bandhgala paired with white pajamas, while Alia dazzled in a flowing white saree adorned with floral motifs.

Also present were Ranbir’s mother Neetu Kapoor and sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni. Neetu praised Alia’s stunning appearance, and Riddhima shared some light moments with her brother before they all posed for photographs together.

Among other prominent figures from the film industry were Saif Ali Khan and his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan, who were seen embracing each other in front of the camera, showcasing their undeniable chemistry that charmed onlookers. Kareena’s father, Randhir Kapoor, along with her sister Karisma Kapoor, Navya Naveli Nanda, Aadar Jain, and Alekha Advani were also spotted at the gathering.

Numerous other stars from the Hindi film fraternity graced the occasion, such as Rekha, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Rajkumar Hirani, Karan Johar, Aamir Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Anil Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Kartik Aaryan, Prem Chopra, Sharman Joshi, and Kunal Kapoor.

Prior to this grand event, the Kapoor family had the honor of meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the national capital to extend an invitation for Raj Kapoor's centenary celebrations.
