Mumbai, July 16 (NationPress) Filmmaker Subhash Ghai revealed that music and dance have always served as his ultimate form of meditation, helping him to embrace his true self while striving for excellence in his professional endeavors.
Subhash shared a vibrant photo of himself dancing at an Osho Ashram in Pune on Instagram, elaborating on his lifelong passion for music and dance.
He commented: “I have consistently engaged with music and dance throughout my life as they have proven to be the finest meditation practices for me. This helps me remain true to myself while pursuing excellence in my work. With AI and other technologies taking over serious subjects, I have no cause for concern.”
He also mentioned that meditation fortifies him.
“Meditation provides me with internal strength and honest self-assessment. Here’s a picture from the Osho Ashram in Pune during the monsoon season (sic),” he noted.
Previously, on July 15, the filmmaker discussed the significance of human storytelling in an age dominated by technology.
On his Instagram account, the esteemed director, who recently addressed new students at Whistling Woods International as the institution celebrated its 19th anniversary, posted a collage showcasing himself alongside students.
He wrote, “My inaugural day at Whistling Woods Campus in 2025 for the 19th year of Whistling Woods International. Generations evolve. Technologies shift. Perspectives change. AI serves as your ally, not your master—as it was ultimately crafted by human intelligence.”
“Thus, cultivate your creative minds to narrate human stories exclusively, not merely a tech showcase. I conveyed this to our new students across various disciplines, whether text, audio, visual, or fashion, yesterday. First, nurture your soul to infuse your work with genuine essence.”
On the professional front, Ghai recently announced a new project via social media.
On June 30, he shared a photo of actor Riteish Deshmukh with the caption, “She is our next heroine in our upcoming film under Mukta Arts. A classic beauty. Can you guess the name of this lovely girl? Please do write (sic).”
The image appeared to be from the 2006 comedy film “Apna Sapna Money Money,” where Riteish portrayed a conman who cross-dresses as part of his scheme.
