Los Angeles, Sep 11 (NationPress) Hollywood star Tom Holland has disclosed that he receives a new Spider-Man suit "every two weeks."
In an interview with Esquire, Holland shared that he envisions getting a fresh Spider-Man suit biweekly.
"Absolutely. I probably receive a new suit every two weeks, I believe," stated Holland, who commenced filming the forthcoming fourth installment in the superhero series, Spider-Man: Brand New Day, in August.
At CinemaCon 2025, Sony Pictures and Holland officially announced that the upcoming film will be named Brand New Day, just months after the actor confirmed that filming for his fourth Spider-Man movie would take place in 2025, as reported by people.com.
Recently, Holland and his fiancée Zendaya, his co-star in the Spider-Man films, were seen enjoying their time on set in London in early August. Holland posted a video on Instagram on August 10, showcasing clips from his first day of filming in Scotland.
Since 2016's Captain America: Civil War, Holland has portrayed Spider-Man, also known as Peter Parker, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
In recent years, the actor has hinted at being more creatively involved in the upcoming Spider-Man film.
Zendaya, aged 29, is set to reprise her role as Michelle "MJ" Jones in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, alongside co-stars Jacob Batalon and Jon Favreau.
The film will also feature Liza Colón-Zayas from The Bear and Sadie Sink from Stranger Things, along with MCU favorites Mark Ruffalo, Michael Mando, and Jon Bernthal, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The release date for the movie is set for July 31, 2026.
Holland's journey in acting began at the tender age of nine when he joined a dance class. A choreographer spotted his talent and arranged an audition for him in Billy Elliot the Musical at London's Victoria Palace Theatre.
After two years of training, he landed a supporting role in 2008. By the end of that year, he was promoted to the lead role, which he performed until 2010. Holland made his film debut in the 2012 disaster drama The Impossible as a teenage tourist caught in a tsunami.
Following this, he decided to pursue acting full-time, appearing in How I Live Now and portraying historical figures in In the Heart of the Sea and the TV miniseries Wolf Hall.
