Chennai, Jan 14 (NationPress) Renowned Malayalam actor Unni Mukundan announced on Tuesday his decision to resign from his position as the Treasurer of the Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (AMMA).

The actor shared his decision via Instagram, stating, "After considerable thought and introspection, I have come to the challenging conclusion to step down from my role as Treasurer (AMMA)."

He elaborated, "I have genuinely appreciated my time in this capacity; it has been both an exhilarating and fulfilling journey. However, in recent months, the escalating demands of my work, especially with Marco and other production responsibilities, have taken a toll on my mental health.
