On March 22, Varun and Pooja Hegde commenced the shoot for their forthcoming film “Hain Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hain” in Rishikesh.
In a joint Instagram post, Varun and Pooja offered glimpses of their shooting experience. One video depicted the duo participating in Ganga aarti, while another image showed them nurturing a plant, and one featured Varun addressing a microphone.
“A wonderful start to our schedule in Rishikesh… Grateful #HainJawaniTohIshqHonaHain,” they captioned the post.
Though little has been revealed regarding the plot of the drama, “Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai” is thought to be influenced by the allure of classic 90s rom-coms.
The project is produced by Ramesh Taurani. In addition to Varun and Pooja, the cast is expected to feature Mrunal Thakur, Kubbra Sait, Maniesh Paul, Rohit Saraf, Rajeev Khandelwal, Nitish Nirmal, and Sreeleela. Varun began filming for “Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai” last July.
Before filming commenced, Varun shared a light-hearted video of his travel experiences with his co-star, showing Pooja desperately searching for her phone during the flight. Varun humorously advised her, “It’s alright Pooja, get it together, you will manage, you’ll manage Pooja.”
He continued, “Stay seated, fasten your seatbelt.”
Pooja responded on her Instagram, “I forgive you for this because you found my phone for me #mess.”
Varun will soon appear in “Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari” alongside Janhvi Kapoor, while Pooja has “Retro” in the pipeline.
