Mumbai, Feb 27 (NationPress) Vijay Vikram Singh, the voice behind "Bigg Boss," has praised Vicky Kaushal for his outstanding portrayal in the new film, "Chhaava."

Singh, who portrayed Peshwa Neelopant in the historical drama, mentioned that following the success of "Chhaava," he reflected on his conversations with Vicky. Discussing their encounter after the film's screening, Vijay stated, "We met at the screening, and he was incredibly warm and inviting. We had an extensive discussion about the film and his performance. I expressed my utmost admiration for his work, and he was genuinely appreciative. We even recorded a short video together."

Vijay Vikram also expressed his thoughts on the remarkable triumph of "Chhaava," sharing his gratitude for the film's outstanding reception. When queried if he anticipated the historical drama's massive success during production, Singh admitted that although the team always had faith in the project, the extent of its success was unexpected.

"There was sincerity in the entire process, and we all believed it would connect with the audience," Singh remarked. "However, I never anticipated it would achieve such monumental success or spark a significant awareness campaign about the rich Maratha heritage."

Vijay also commented on being viewed as a "lucky charm" for the projects he has been involved with. Reflecting on the success of various films and shows, including Taali and Raktacharitra, he shared an interesting story from his history.

He recounted a discussion with his former superior and co-founder of GSEAMS Production House, who often calls him "everyone's lucky charm."

"My former boss and co-founder of GSEAMS (the producers of Taali, Raktacharitra, etc.) says that I am everyone’s lucky charm. Every project I have participated in has turned out to be successful. As an artist, I feel thankful, but one must not let such notions cloud their judgment. It’s a wonderful coincidence, and I express my sincere gratitude to the divine for it," he shared.

Discussing his forthcoming projects, Vijay mentioned, "There’s an exciting lineup of projects coming in the next six months, and we will delve into each one closer to its release."
