Mumbai, Nov 4 (NationPress) Actor Vinit Kakar, who was recently featured in the series “Divya Prem: Pyaar Aur Rahasya Ki Kahani”, has officially joined the ensemble of the upcoming television show Jagadhatri. This new series will showcase actors Sonakshi Batra and Farman Haider in pivotal roles, with Vinit taking on a significant character. Expressing his enthusiasm, Vinit stated, "I am thrilled to be part of Jagadhatri. The show's premise is entirely original and innovative. The narrative is anticipated to blend aspects of contemporary divinity, drama, and heroism, crafting a tale that resonates with modern audiences while upholding rich traditional values. Discussing his character further, he remarked, "I cannot disclose much about the background or what the future holds. I want viewers to enjoy the show. However, I can reveal that I will be portraying a formidable gangster. I previously took on a similar role in Ziddi Dil Maane Na, which received considerable acclaim. The audience's love and appreciation motivated me to accept this role once again, even though it differs from my previous portrayals."

For those unfamiliar, Vinit Kakar is renowned for his performances as various antagonists and dark characters. His credits include popular shows like Sankatmochan Mahabali Hanuman, Vighnaharta Ganesh, Ram Siya Ke Luv Kush, Radhakrishn, Chandragupta Maurya, Aladdin – Naam Toh Suna Hoga, and Shrimad Ramayan.

He gained additional recognition from his participation in the first season of the reality show Lock Upp. Recently, he attracted attention for a shirtless photo he shared on social media.
