The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has claimed responsibility for 38 separate operations across Balochistan between 1 August and 8 August, asserting that the coordinated strikes killed more than 32 Pakistani military personnel and operatives and wounded dozens more, according to local media reports. The claims have not been independently verified, and Pakistani authorities have not issued an official response to the BLA's figures.

In a statement issued on Tuesday, 12 August, BLA spokesperson Jeeyand Baloch said the group's fighters targeted Pakistani military convoys, armoured vehicles, camps, foot patrols, police posts, trade routes, bridges, railway infrastructure, and vehicles transporting minerals and goods. According to the statement, the operations resulted in the destruction of several armoured and military vehicles, a quadcopter, at least one bridge, and a section of railway track. The group also claimed that military equipment was seized during the raids.

The statement further alleged that a Pakistani Military Intelligence operative, held in BLA custody, was executed during this period — a claim that could not be independently confirmed.

The first reported attack took place on 1 August in the Dasht area of Kalat district, where BLA fighters allegedly struck four Pakistani military armoured vehicles with rockets and heavy weapons. The same night, the group claimed its fighters attacked a foot patrol in Mastung's Kund Umrani area, killing at least two personnel and wounding several others.

On 2 August, BLA fighters reportedly engaged Pakistani forces attempting to enter the Sechi area of Washuk district, killing two personnel. On 5 August, the BLA claimed attacks on military personnel and a convoy in the Bartagzi area of Dalbandin and near a gas plant on the Quetta-Taftan route. An ambush near Sultan Charhai in Noshki reportedly struck one military vehicle directly, killing two personnel and injuring at least four others.

On 6 August, a convoy attack in the Chehatar area of Dalbandin caused what the group described as major damage, while a separate foot patrol strike in Kharan's Dali area allegedly killed one soldier. On 7 August, the BLA's aerial and drone warfare unit, called 'Qahar', reportedly struck a Pakistani military camp at Sultan Charhai in Noshki, damaging the facility.

On 8 August, the group claimed its fighters used a remote-controlled improvised explosive device (IED) to destroy a vehicle belonging to Pakistan's Frontier Works Organisation (FWO) in the Radig area of Mand, resulting in several casualties.
