Accra, Aug 7 (NationPress) Ghana has initiated a three-day national mourning period starting Thursday after a tragic helicopter crash claimed the lives of the nation's Defence and Environment Ministers along with six other individuals.
In light of this national tragedy, President John Dramani Mahama has canceled all scheduled events and engagements for the remainder of the week, as stated in a formal announcement from the presidency late Wednesday.
