Reports indicate that the 44-year-old victim had halted his vehicle when two unidentified individuals approached and stabbed him before escaping on motorcycles, as reported by Xinhua News Agency.

In a separate announcement, NSW Police revealed on Thursday night that a 15-year-old boy has been taken into custody and charged in relation to a machete attack during a light rail service on Tuesday night.
It is alleged that the 15-year-old was among two boys who assaulted another boy, also aged 15, during the incident in central Sydney.
The 15-year-old victim was hospitalized in a stable condition with a stab wound to his left arm.
The alleged attacker was apprehended by police at a residence in Sydney's inner-west on Thursday morning and charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm. Authorities are actively searching for the second suspect.
Earlier this year, in February, a stabbing incident in western Sydney resulted in one fatality and two individuals being hospitalized with critical injuries.
Emergency services responded to this stabbing on a main street in the Merrylands suburb, which is located 20 km west of central Sydney, around 10 AM local time on February 17.
Police arrived on the scene and were informed that a man had stabbed multiple individuals before fleeing on foot.
Three victims with severe injuries were treated by ambulance personnel; unfortunately, one succumbed to injuries at the scene, while the others were rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
