Damascus, April 25 (NationPress) Syria has expressed its appreciation for Britain's decision to lift sanctions on 12 Syrian entities involved in vital sectors.
In a statement released by Syria's foreign affairs authorities on Thursday, the Syrian government hailed Britain's action as a part of broader initiatives to revise its sanctions framework on Syria, interpreting it as a positive indication for the nation's reconstruction and recovery, as reported by Xinhua news agency.
