Ahmedabad, Nov 4 (NationPress) Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL), the flagship entity of the Adani Group, announced impressive results for the July-September quarter and the first half of the current fiscal year (FY26), achieving a remarkable 84% surge in Q2 net profit, amounting to Rs 3,199 crore.

The AEL Board has sanctioned a partly paid-up rights issue of Rs 25,000 crore aimed at reinforcing its balance sheet to support the next phase of growth.

Consolidated EBITDA reached Rs 7,688 crore in H1 FY26, while profit before tax (PBT) was reported at Rs 2,281 crore, as stated in the company’s exchange filing.

The rapidly growing core infrastructure businesses recorded a half-yearly EBITDA of Rs 5,470 crore, reflecting a 5% year-on-year increase and contributing 71% to total EBITDA.

The Adani Airports Holdings Ltd (AAHL) reported a 51% year-on-year increase in airport EBITDA, reaching Rs 2,157 crore, with the airports business now operating at a quarterly run-rate exceeding Rs 1,000 crore.
