Chandigarh, July 24 (NationPress) Haryana's Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini made several significant announcements for the Badhra Assembly constituency on Thursday, confirming that high-tension power lines crossing over residential neighborhoods will be eliminated.
To facilitate this initiative, Rs 3 crore will be allocated to the Electricity Department, with the entire expenditure covered by the government. Furthermore, the Chief Minister revealed plans for a new grain market in Badhra once appropriate land is secured.
He also disclosed the potential construction of a vegetable market in Hadouda village, pending feasibility studies, and announced the inclusion of Jhojhu Kalan village under the Mahagram Yojana. These declarations were made during a public gathering at Jhojhu Kalan in the Charkhi Dadri district.
Present at the event were Irrigation and Water Resources Minister Shruti Chaudhary, Member of Parliament Dharambir Singh, along with other notable figures. CM Saini pledged that the pending consolidation work in various villages within the constituency would be finalized promptly.

The Chief Minister also indicated intentions to upgrade the Kaliyana-Dadri road to a four-lane highway, subject to a feasibility study.
