In his words, 'केंद्र एवं राज्य सरकार द्वारा जनहित में किए गए कार्यों, विकास योजनाओं एवं उपलब्धियों को जन-जन तक पहुंचाने के लिए सभी कार्यक्रमों का व्यापक स्तर पर आयोजन किया जाए' — meaning, 'programmes must be organised at a wide scale to carry the welfare works, development schemes, and achievements of the central and state governments to every person.'

The events are framed around the occasion of PM Modi completing a record tenure as India's elected Prime Minister, a milestone the state government has chosen to commemorate through structured public engagement rather than a single ceremonial event.

Three flagship central welfare schemes — Ayushman Bharat, PM Surya Ghar Yojana, and Lakhpati Didi — have been specifically named by CM Dhami as focal points for block-level welfare camps. Ayushman Bharat, launched in 2018, provides health insurance coverage to low-income families.
