Bhopal, Oct 11 (NationPress) Chief Minister Mohan Yadav is set to launch the Madhya Pradesh Travel Mart (MPTM) at the Kushabhau Thakre International Convention Centre in Bhopal this Saturday.
Union Minister for Tourism and Culture, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, will also attend the inaugural session as a special guest. The event is being organized by the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Department.
This three-day event will see participation from over 700 attendees, including more than 100 international tour operators from 27 countries, 150 domestic tour operators, 355 sellers, along with representatives from the film industry and media personnel.
During the event, CM Yadav will engage in one-on-one discussions with select invitee delegates to explore opportunities for tourism investment and collaboration.
In a ceremony at Bharat Bhavan, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will be signed between the Tourism Department and the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI).
These agreements are intended to enhance tourism infrastructure, services, and public amenities surrounding ASI-protected monuments within the state, as stated by an official from the MP Tourism Department.
The Chief Minister will also present a Letter of Award (LoA) to investor Vinayak Kalani for establishing a golf course in Raisen district and a wellness resort in Khandwa district.
To boost tourism through influencer marketing, MoUs will be signed with Curly Tales (an Influencer Marketing Agency), Balaji Telefilms, and the Atavi Bird Foundation, as per a statement from the state government.
Moreover, the Impact Assessment Report of the Madhya Pradesh Film Tourism Policy will be unveiled, alongside the launch of a new international television commercial (TVC) promoting Madhya Pradesh tourism.
Letters of Award will also be issued to 'Ease My Trip' for establishing and managing tent cities at Hanumantiya, Mandu, and Tamiya, and to Aagman for a tent city in Orchha. Jetserve Aviation Pvt. Ltd. and Trans Bharat Aviation Pvt. Ltd. will also be recognized for launching helicopter services to enhance accessibility to tourist spots across the state.
