Additionally, the agricultural sector faces estimated losses of Rs 829 crore, while power and water resources suffered Rs 207 crore in damages.

The Chief Minister indicated that a comprehensive report would be compiled and forwarded to the Union government following a detailed assessment of the losses incurred.

He asserted that the state government effectively mitigated the cyclone's impact through advanced technology and thorough preparation.

"We monitored the cyclone's developments using satellite imagery, evaluating rain and wind intensity, and issuing timely warnings and responses," he stated.

Chief Minister Naidu emphasized the coordinated efforts of all government departments, claiming that normalcy was largely restored within the first day following the cyclone's passage.

After the cyclone made landfall near Antarvedi, the state experienced heavy rainfall.

"While we cannot prevent cyclones and rains, vigilance and proactive measures can significantly reduce loss of life and property. Our use of technology helped us minimize damage across all affected areas. We consistently reviewed the situation and provided early warnings about potential flooding due to heavy rains," he noted.

Chief Minister Naidu explained that the state government utilized real-time data analysis to make swift decisions.

State Ministers were actively engaged in monitoring the situation on the ground, with Minister for Education, IT, and Electronics Nara Lokesh and Home Minister Vangalapudi Anitha overseeing operations from the Real Time Governance Society to mitigate the cyclone's impact.

He criticized individuals spreading false information, suggesting they were not acting in the public's best interest.

Naidu commended government officials and local departments for their rapid and coordinated relief efforts.

Reviewing the relief operations, he praised the dedication and efficiency displayed by staff at all levels.

"I am extremely pleased. For the first time, I've witnessed such prompt, enthusiastic, and committed work from everyone involved," stated the Chief Minister.

He highlighted that despite significant rainfall and widespread tree falls, road clearance and restoration efforts commenced immediately.

"Previously, response times ranged from four to seven days, but this time, roads were cleared efficiently," remarked Chief Minister Naidu, crediting village secretariat staff and line departments for their exceptional teamwork.

The Chief Minister also pointed out enhancements in the management of relief camps, particularly for vulnerable populations.

"In earlier years, pregnant women faced numerous challenges during such emergencies. However, this time, everything was managed flawlessly, ensuring no pregnant woman experienced inconvenience," he added.
