The system's robust performance and technological excellence have received national acclaim, prompting the Delhi government to embrace both the CM Dashboard and the IGRS models to improve its own project monitoring, efficiency, and quality of grievance resolution.

Importantly, the Chief Minister conducts regular assessments via this dashboard, which ensures expedited execution, enhanced quality, and increased transparency in development initiatives.

Part of the Yogi government’s digital governance efforts, the CM Dashboard boasts advanced features such as data integration, performance tracking, visualization tools, real-time updates, district-specific analysis, and mechanisms for citizen engagement.

Simplifying intricate data into easily comprehensible visual formats boosts administrative efficiency, fosters a goal-focused work culture, and reinforces accountability across districts.

Under the CM’s supervision, the CM Dashboard is transforming Uttar Pradesh’s governance into a more scientific, transparent, result-oriented, and accountable system, establishing a new standard for effective governance nationwide.

The dashboard enables monthly evaluations of 109 programs across 49 departments at the district level. It assesses district performance on vital metrics such as development efforts, execution of welfare schemes, revenue activities, and law enforcement.

Additionally, monthly district rankings are published, encouraging healthy competition among administrative units. High-performing districts receive acknowledgment, while those falling behind are guided and motivated to enhance their performance.

The CM Dashboard monitors key indicators, including health, education, infrastructure, sanitation, drinking water supply, electricity, rural roads, and access to government initiatives.

Its mission extends beyond bolstering physical infrastructure; it strives for inclusive development for farmers, women, the impoverished, and the youth.

The system evaluates how effectively schemes reach beneficiaries, the progress achieved, and their real-world outcomes. To further elevate quality control, the dashboard is integrated with the IGRS portal, ensuring immediate feedback to officials if citizens express dissatisfaction with grievance resolution.

After thorough review and active monitoring, the Delhi government has decided to adopt the Yogi government’s IGRS and CM Dashboard model.
