Ahmedabad, Dec 4 (NationPress) Union Home Minister Amit Shah is set to embark on a significant three-day tour in Gujarat starting from December 5. Throughout this period, he will participate in 25 public events across various locations including Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Sanadar (Diyodar), Vav-Tharad, and nearby areas.
The planned visit, spanning from December 5 to 7, focuses on reforms in the cooperative sector, advancements in urban development, enhancement of public welfare infrastructure, and cultural outreach initiatives within the state.
Shah’s journey will kick off with the inauguration of the ‘Swadeshotsav’ at the GMDC Ground in Memnagar, an event organized by the Swadeshi Jagran Manch.
He'll also attend the concluding session of the NABARD’s Earth Summit 2025 at Mahatma Mandir in Gandhinagar.
On the first day, the Home Minister will inaugurate numerous civic facilities such as new public gardens, a yoga studio, a renovated primary school building, the LC-11 railway overbridge, an under-bridge sports complex, a primary health center, and PNG gas pipeline connections in three villages.
He will conclude day one by attending the closing ceremony of the Sansad Sports Festival and the grand opening of the Ahmedabad Shopping Festival.
On December 6, Shah will head to Banas Dairy in Sanadar (Diyodar) to lay foundation stones and inaugurate various projects.

Shah is set to launch 861 EWS homes under PMAY in Thaltej and 350 homes under the Slum Rehabilitation Scheme in Nava Vadaj.
