Ahmedabad, December 5 (NationPress) Union Home Minister Amit Shah is embarking on a three-day tour of Gujarat starting this Friday, where he will participate in 25 public events across regions including Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Sanadar (Diyodar), Vav-Tharad, and surrounding areas.
This visit, taking place from December 5 to 7, aims to address reforms in the cooperative sector, enhance urban development, improve public welfare infrastructure, and promote cultural engagement within the state.

On December 6, Shah will head to Banas Dairy in Sanadar (Diyodar) to lay the groundwork for and inaugurate several initiatives.
He will chair a meeting of the Ministry of Cooperation’s Advisory Committee, highlighting the government's ongoing commitment to bolster and expand cooperative institutions nationwide.
The final day, December 7, will focus on significant housing and infrastructure projects in Ahmedabad.
Shah will inaugurate 861 EWS homes under the PMAY scheme in Thaltej and 350 homes under the Slum Rehabilitation Scheme in Nava Vadaj.
Additional inaugurations will include a PPP-developed Oxygen Park, revitalized lakes at Shakri and Vastrapur, new community facilities, a mini sports complex, and various public amenities.
Shah will also unveil the Gujarati edition of 'Challenges Inspire Me', a book about Anandiben Patel, the Governor of Uttar Pradesh, before attending the Pramukh Varni Amrit Mahotsav organized by the BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha at the Sabarmati Riverfront.
