New Delhi, July 26 (NationPress) A crucial achievement has been accomplished by the Delhi Police team from Post Sector-10, PS Dwarka South, in their mission to capture proclaimed offenders (POs) within the Dwarka District. Acting on precise intelligence and employing sophisticated technical surveillance, the team successfully apprehended Deepak Gola, a confirmed proclaimed offender, after a prolonged period of evasion.
In a statement released today by the Dwarka Police, officials verified that Deepak Gola, son of Jeet Ram, a resident of Baba Haridas Nagar Colony, Jharoda Road, Najafgarh, Delhi, was arrested as a result of a carefully orchestrated operation.
The 36-year-old was designated a proclaimed offender by the Dwarka Court on February 7, 2025, in connection with Case No. 31553/21, Rajiv v/s Deepak Gola.
The police highlighted that this arrest stemmed from persistent efforts led by DCP Dwarka, Sh. Ankit Singh, IPS, who has prioritized tracking down POs and absconders across the district. “Identifying POs and absconders has been our focus. DCP Dwarka - Sh. Ankit Singh IPS has instructed all ACsP/SHOs/ICs to form dedicated teams aimed at locating POs & Absconders,” the release stated.
A specialized team was assembled for this endeavor, comprising SI Rajat Malik, HC Parvesh Dahiya, HC Pawan, and HC Mahesh Meena. This team operated under the guidance of Inspector Rajesh Kumar Sah (SHO/Dwarka South) and ACP Dwarka, Sh. Kishore Kumar Rewala.
According to the statement, “Following a tip-off, the devoted team initiated technical surveillance and gathered intelligence. After analyzing the collected data, the officers, along with confidential informants, conducted thorough fieldwork and apprehended Deepak Gola.”
The suspect was taken into custody on July 25 and presented before the Court on the same day. The press release celebrated this development as a major advancement in the Dwarka District Police's commitment to uphold the rule of law and deliver justice.
