New Delhi, Sep 13 (NationPress) Applauding the National Legislative Index (NLI) as a pivotal framework for assessing legislative performance, Delhi Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta expressed on Saturday that this data-driven tool will lay the groundwork for Viksit Bharat 2047.
