During the ongoing Maha Kumbh mela, millions of pilgrims and devotees participating in the sacred dip at the Sangam are being offered Mahaprasad (holy food offerings) and Aarti Sangrah (collection of hymns), courtesy of the nation’s prominent business entity, the Adani Group.

This noble initiative has captured the hearts of numerous Kumbh devotees flocking to the holy city for the Amrit Snan or holy dip of faith. Many pilgrims shared with IANS their uplifting experiences, expressing that such initiatives greatly enhance their journey, making it more comfortable and spiritually enriching.

Countless devotees highlighted how the Adani Group’s efforts have significantly improved their pilgrimage experience at the Mela. From offering complimentary transport for the elderly, women, and children to serving Mahaprasad to over 100,000 individuals daily, the Adani Group is positively impacting the lives of countless attendees.

Shravan Mishra from Prayagraj expressed, “We are truly impressed with the food arrangements at the Adani camp, and we are particularly thankful for the free transportation. These vehicles ease the journey, especially for the elderly. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Adani Group for their invaluable services.”

Akhilesh Kumar from Mirzapur commended the Adani Group, stating, "The initiatives they have undertaken at the Kumbh Mela are praiseworthy. Free transportation, food, and Aarti Sangrah – these services embody the essence of Sanatan Dharma. Adani ji is not just a successful entrepreneur but also a genuine follower of Sanatan, aiding countless individuals selflessly.”

Mahendra Tiwari from Chitrakoot mirrored these sentiments, saying, "The free vehicle service is a true blessing, especially given the extensive distances and constraints within the fair. Adani ji is genuinely serving the public, offering food, bhajans, and an enriching experience for all. This is indeed commendable and deserves great recognition.”

Venugopal Sharma, who journeyed from Vrindavan, was notably impressed by the spiritual essence brought by the Aarti Sangrah, a collection of sacred hymns that the Adani Group is distributing to devotees.

"This book has added a deeper significance to my experience. I visited Ganga ji and offered my praises through her Aarti. The services rendered here are extraordinary, and I pray for continuous blessings upon him,” he stated.

Neeraj Sahu from Madhya Pradesh, relishing the purity of the provided food, expressed gratitude, saying, “The meals offered were delicious and wholesome, prepared without garlic or onion, adhering to Sanatan traditions. I genuinely appreciate the Adani Group for this considerate gesture.”

It is noteworthy that the Adani Group Chairman has recently collaborated with the Gita Press to distribute the Aarti Sangrah to over 10 million devotees during the Shahi Snan. Moreover, the group has partnered with the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) to provide meals to millions of pilgrims, ensuring that every devotee can partake in Mahaprasad throughout the entire Kumbh Mela.

Through these monumental initiatives, the Adani Group has established a benchmark for corporate engagement in religious and cultural events, effectively bridging the divide between industrial advancement and spiritual service.
