Chennai, April 16 (NationPress) Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is gearing up for an intensive one-day campaign journey across Tamil Nadu on Saturday, April 18, as part of the party's strategic efforts leading up to the Assembly elections set for April 23.
As per his schedule, Rahul Gandhi will leave Delhi at 8:30 a.m. via a private flight, arriving at Chennai's old airport at approximately 11:10 a.m.
Upon landing, he will promptly board a helicopter at 11:30 a.m. to head to Ponneri in the Tiruvallur district, where he is expected to rally in support of Congress candidate Duraichandrasekar.
Next, he will continue his journey by helicopter to the Sholingur Assembly constituency in Ranipet district, where he plans to campaign for party candidate Muni Rathinam.
