The Chief Minister highlighted the need to deeply understand grievances, especially those raised by farmers, ensuring they are verified through site inspections and prioritized for resolution.

Emphasizing accountability, he instructed district collectors to enforce strict implementation and monitoring of decisions made during the taluka- and district-level SWAGAT meetings.

This month, over 70 citizens participated in the State SWAGAT program, with the Chief Minister personally addressing four individual cases.

The remaining petitions were processed by the public relations unit of the Chief Minister's Office and forwarded to relevant departments and district officials.

A total of 1,156 complaints submitted during the district-level SWAGAT meetings in November have already received necessary actions at the district level.
