Gandhinagar, April 22 (NationPress) The Chief Minister of Gujarat, Bhupendra Patel, is set to lead the next edition of the 'Rajya Swagat' program on Thursday, as confirmed by officials.
This monthly initiative focuses on resolving public grievances via an online platform, allowing residents throughout the state to voice their concerns directly to top state officials.
The 'Swagat' (State-Wide Attention on Grievances by Application of Technology) program was inaugurated in 2003 under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, when he served as the Chief Minister of Gujarat.
Since then, it has evolved into a regular event, held on the fourth Thursday of each month, to promote transparent and accountable governance.
Citizens who wish to file petitions or complaints can visit the Chief Minister's public contact unit located at Swarnim Sankul-2 in Gandhinagar from 8 to 11 a.m. on the day of the event.
These petitions will be addressed during the program.
