In a message shared on X, CM Patel emphasized that Gujarat stood “with courage and empathy” alongside the families affected during this difficult time.

Following the tragic incident involving Air India Flight AI-171 on June 12, various response teams from the Army, NDRF, SDRF, RAF, Police, and Fire Services were rapidly mobilized. More than 600 fire personnel and upwards of 100 ambulances were dispatched for immediate medical assistance.
