CM Patel elaborated on the strong ecosystem supporting semiconductor industries in Gujarat, particularly in regions like Dholera and Sanand, and emphasized the proactive stance of the state government.
He characterized the 'Gujarat Semiconductor Conference-2026' as the catalyst for India's technological revolution and noted that PM Modi is dedicated to positioning India as a global frontrunner in the semiconductor domain.
“Under his visionary guidance, India is set to become the leading producer in the semiconductor and AI fields, progressing swiftly from policy formulation to production,” the Gujarat CM remarked to the audience.
Furthermore, he highlighted Gujarat's emerging identity as a semiconductor hub, which is drawing foreign investment due to its advanced infrastructure and business-friendly regulations, all contributing to the creation of an 'Atmanirbhar Bharat'.
CM Patel expressed optimism that the Semi-Connect Conference-2026 would showcase Gujarat's technological and innovative prowess on a global stage and further propel the Sankalp Yatra of Developed India 2047.
