The Minister referred to the Ram Temple as the ‘Rashtra Mandir’ and expressed his aspiration that the divine blessings of Maryada Purushottam will lead the country towards achieving the vision of a Viksit Bharat, as outlined in the concept of ‘Ram Rajya’.

“I had the honor of witnessing and worshipping Lord Shri Ram Lalla in the divine city of Ayodhya today. May the blessings of Lord Raghavendra Sarkar be upon everyone,” he remarked in a post on X.

The Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas shared a video documenting his spiritual journey to the birthplace of Lord Ram, where he toured the temple complex with guidance from the shrine staff.

Continuing on X, he expressed how fortunate he felt to pay homage at the magnificent and sacred Ram Janmabhoomi temple in Ayodhya Dham and to receive the blessings of Maryada Purushottam Lord Ram, who symbolizes brotherhood, compassion, and peaceful coexistence.

Significantly, the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya experienced a notable increase in visitors during the month-long Maha Kumbh. Millions of devotees took a holy dip in the Ganga and then traveled to Ayodhya to pay homage to Ram Lalla, resulting in an extraordinary gathering of worshippers in the previous month.

The Mahashivratri, which marked the conclusion of Maha Kumbh on February 26, saw throngs of devotees visiting the Ram Temple after their sacred bathing and worshipping Lord Shiva at the Shivalaya located within the Ram Janmabhoomi complex.

In the meantime, the construction of the Ram Mandir complex has reached its final phase and is anticipated to be completed by June this year.

The complex will feature several temples in addition to the main Ram Janmabhoomi complex. Six temples in the surrounding area will be dedicated to Lord Shiva, Ganesh, Hanuman, Surya, Mata Bhagwati, and Mata Annapurna.
