The future of those employed under the Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam is also secure. All 24 crops of farmers are now being purchased at the minimum support price (MSP). The income cap for the Backward Creamy layer has been raised from Rs 6 lakh to Rs 8 lakh,” he explained.
