Ranchi, Jan 25 (NationPress) Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren conveyed his sincere appreciation to the Central government on Sunday for the decision to award the Padma Bhushan to the esteemed tribal leader and former Union Minister Shibu Soren, affectionately known as ‘Dishom Guruji’.
