New Delhi, Sep 20 (NationPress) The Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister, P.K. Mishra, stated on Saturday that India is progressing with courage and confidence during the “Amrit Kaal”. He emphasized the pivotal role of institutions like the Indian Institute of Management (IIMs) in fostering capacity for the nation’s advancement, commerce, and governance.

During his address at the second annual convocation of IIM Mumbai, Mishra remarked, “In the face of complexities and challenges, India is forging ahead with courage and confidence. We are in Amrit Kaal. Our Prime Minister has envisioned a grand future for India by 2047. Significant transformations are anticipated in India and globally in the upcoming decades. PM Modi aspires for all of us to elevate the country through the process of reform, perform, and transform.”

He underscored that the graduating students have a critical role in ensuring India evolves into a developed nation by 2047.

Mishra pointed out the swift pace of technological transformation, stating that smartphones, big data analytics, augmented reality, robotics, blockchain, and artificial intelligence are fundamentally reshaping our world and our interactions, from communication to transportation.
