Thiruvananthapuram, Jan 25 (NationPress) The newly appointed Governor of Kerala, Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, expressed his aspiration on Saturday for the southern state to become the first in India to achieve 100 percent voter turnout.
This statement was made during the inauguration of state-level festivities in conjunction with January 25, recognized as National Voters' Day.
