Karnataka Cabinet clears ₹600 crore minority plan amid Davanagere bypoll row

Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs H.K. Patil made the announcement after the Cabinet meeting, confirming the approval of the ₹600 crore action plan to fund development works across minority colonies over the next two years. The plan had reportedly been pending for some time, with the minister clarifying that incomplete works would be carried forward and projects facing a fund shortage would receive necessary financial support.
