The state government's Social Welfare Department is spearheading this initiative by enhancing transparency via the digital training program 'Mission Karmayogi'.

As per the Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Social Welfare, Asim Arun, approximately 3,900 officials, employees, and educators from the department have signed up on the iGOT Karmayogi portal, successfully completing 21,150 courses that amount to 15,893 training hours.
Out of these, 2,759 employees have finished at least one course, 2,289 have completed three or more, while 1,611 have undertaken fewer than three courses. Additionally, 1,141 employees are currently engaged in training.
