Lucknow, Oct 5 (NationPress) Uttar Pradesh is swiftly establishing itself as a frontrunner in setting new standards for administrative excellence. The state government's Social Welfare Department is spearheading this initiative by enhancing transparency via the digital training program 'Mission Karmayogi'.

This digital learning platform is becoming a significant driver for capacity development and better governance in Uttar Pradesh.

As per the Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Social Welfare, Asim Arun, approximately 3,900 officials, employees, and educators from the department have signed up on the iGOT Karmayogi portal, successfully completing 21,150 courses that amount to 15,893 training hours.

Out of these, 2,759 employees have finished at least one course, 2,289 have completed three or more, while 1,611 have undertaken fewer than three courses. Additionally, 1,141 employees are currently engaged in training.

The primary aim of Mission Karmayogi is to enhance the efficiency, transparency, and accountability of every government officer and employee.
