Ranchi, Sep 26 (NationPress) The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has submitted a second supplementary charge-sheet against two suspects linked to a CPI (Maoist) terror conspiracy case, which involves the recovery of explosives and other incriminating items in Jharkhand.
The individuals charged are Jaipal Deogam from West Singhbhum district in Jharkhand and Budru Padam alias Rohit Padam from Bijapur district in Chhattisgarh. They face charges under multiple sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.
