Mumbai, May 14 (NationPress) Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis lauded the Indian armed forces for their successful execution of Operation Sindoor, asserting that it exemplified India's determination not to back down.
During his speech at the Tiranga Yatra, amidst chants like 'Listen up, Pakistan, India stands strong', he expressed: "We have gathered here today to pay tribute to our soldiers. The might of the Indian army was vividly showcased through Operation Sindoor. We will not bow down, we will not relent, and we will not tire. The strength of our armed forces has become evident through this operation."
He further explained that the Tiranga rally was organized to honor the Army for their commendable achievement.
“The heinous act of terrorism that claimed 26 lives in Pahalgam—where individuals were brutally murdered based on their religion—was unprecedented in both Indian and world history. This is why Prime Minister Narendra Modi pledged a strong response. Consequently, the Indian Army initiated Operation Sindoor, delivering a decisive counteraction,” he remarked.
“We sent a clear message through Operation Sindoor, which was aimed at eradicating the bloodshed against our sisters. Pakistan underestimated our resolve, believing the Indian army would not reach the nine locations where we dismantled terrorist strongholds. Nevertheless, our forces succeeded in neutralizing the threats. We demonstrated to Pakistan that we will pursue terrorists relentlessly, regardless of where they attempt to hide,” he added.
