Hyderabad, Aug 15 (NationPress) The president of All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) and MP for Hyderabad, Asaduddin Owaisi, along with his brother Akbaruddin Owaisi, who serves as the party's floor leader in the Telangana Assembly, celebrated the 79th Independence Day by hoisting the national flag.

Asaduddin Owaisi proudly unfurled the flag at the renowned Madina Circle, located near the iconic Charminar.

He was accompanied by local AIMIM leaders, party workers, and area traders.

Additionally, Asaduddin hoisted the tricolor at the girls’ madrasa ‘Jamiatul Mominath’ in Moghalpura.

Students in burqas sang the national anthem, and recited the patriotic song ‘Sare Jahan se accha…’.

With the national flag in hand, the students chanted ‘Hindustan hamara hai’ as Asaduddin Owaisi arrived at the madrasa.

The madrasa management warmly welcomed the MP and honored him during the celebrations.
