Kochi, June 25 (NationPress) In a shocking disclosure from the National Investigating Agency (NIA), it has been revealed that the outlawed Popular Front of India (PFI) compiled a hit list featuring 950 individuals in Kerala.
This list, which came to light on Wednesday, notably included a retired district judge.
The NIA presented this list at a special court earlier this month during the bail hearings for four suspects in the murder of RSS leader Sreenivasan. The NIA strongly opposed their bail. The accused—Muhammad Bilal, Riyasudheen, Ansar K.P., and Saheer K.V.—were apprehended for the murder that took place in Palakkad, Kerala, in 2022.
Compiling the list involved gathering verified information from various sources by the NIA investigation team. It includes eight documents obtained from the 51st accused, Sirajudheen, which contain a list of 240 individuals from different communities.
During a search at the Periyar Valley Campus in Aluva, the NIA discovered details of five intended targets in the purse of the 15th accused, Abdul Wahad, who is currently evading capture.
Among the names listed was that of a former district judge.
A separate document seized from an accused who later became an approver contained a hit list with the names of 232 individuals.
Additionally, a search at the residence of the 69th accused, Ayoob, uncovered a list comprising approximately 500 names.
As the NIA investigated the Sreenivasan case, links to PFI surfaced, revealing their nefarious intentions to instigate unrest across the nation.
The anti-terror agency also gathered evidence of PFI conducting physical and arms training for its members.
The NIA now claims to possess audio recordings and witness testimonies that expose the 'India 2047 plan' aimed at establishing Islamic governance in India.
After reviewing the evidence and hearing arguments from both sides, the special court determined that there were sufficient grounds to believe the allegations against the defendants were prima facie valid, leading to the rejection of the bail application.
