PM Modi to Appear on Nikhil Kamath's 'People By WTF' Podcast; Trailer Unveiled

New Delhi, Jan 9 (NationPress) Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to be the distinguished guest on Nikhil Kamath's podcast series, 'People By WTF', as revealed in a newly released trailer. The co-founder of Zerodha had previously stirred online excitement with a teaser featuring a secretive guest speaking in Hindi.
The teaser ignited extensive speculation, with numerous social media users hypothesizing that the guest was indeed PM Modi. Now, Kamath has unveiled a two-minute trailer for the episode on X, captioned, 'People with The Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi | Ep 6 Trailer'.
In a post sharing the podcast trailer on his X account, PM Modi expressed, 'I hope you all enjoy this as much as we enjoyed creating it for you!'
The video presents an open dialogue between Kamath and the Prime Minister.
'I am sitting here in front of you and talking, I feel nervous. It's a tough conversation for me,' Kamath admits in the video, speaking in Hindi. PM Modi replies with a smile, stating, 'This is my first podcast, I don't know how it'll go with your audience.'
During the trailer, Kamath elaborates on the podcast's vision, which seeks to delve into the crossroads of politics and entrepreneurship.
He also questions the Prime Minister regarding the current global landscape, especially the ongoing wars in different regions.
The dialogue further reflects on PM Modi's previous speeches during his tenure as chief minister.
'I said something in an insensitive way. Mistakes happen. I am human, not a God,' PM Modi confessed.
The discussion then shifted to PM Modi's consecutive terms in office.
Kamath shared his personal experiences, noting how politics was often viewed negatively during his childhood.
'Growing up in a South Indian middle-class home, we were always told that politics is a dirty game. This belief is so ingrained in our psyche that it is almost impossible to change it. What is your one advice for people who think the same?' he inquired.
PM Modi responded, 'If you believed in what you said, we would not be having this conversation.'
The trailer for this episode has already garnered significant attention, although the exact release date remains undisclosed.
This forthcoming episode will signify PM Modi's inaugural appearance on a podcast. While he has conducted 'Mann Ki Baat' and participated in various television interviews, this will mark his first foray into the podcast realm.
