Bhubaneswar, June 11 (NationPress) Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to participate in a significant event at the Janata Maidan in Bhubaneswar on June 20, commemorating the first anniversary of the BJP Government in Odisha.
"As the state government marks one year in power, the central administration also celebrates 11 years of effective governance. A grand gathering is planned for June 20, likely at 3 p.m., where PM Modi will be present. He will receive an elaborate welcome at Bhubaneswar Airport. This occasion is anticipated to be one of the largest assemblies and a significant public meeting in the region," stated BJP state president Manmohan Samal on Wednesday.

Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, at a press briefing on Tuesday, highlighted numerous achievements of his government since taking office on June 12 last year. He emphasized that the BJP government began fulfilling its promises from the very first cabinet meeting following their oath on the evening of June 12, 2024.
Majhi pointed out that delivering effective governance and combating corruption were the most notable successes of his administration over the past year. He also congratulated PM Modi on the Union Government successfully completing 11 years, marking the first anniversary of its third term.
