Patna, June 20 (NationPress) Prime Minister Narendra Modi officially inaugurated and laid the groundwork for 22 significant development projects valued at Rs 5,736 crore in Bihar on Friday.

He arrived in Siwan district amidst robust security and enthusiastic public reception.

A public assembly took place at Jasoli, attended by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Governor Arif Mohammad Khan, Deputy Chief Ministers Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha, along with various Union Ministers.

During the rally, CM Nitish Kumar revealed that several multi-crore projects are either being launched or inaugurated, which encompass two new train services and various initiatives in infrastructure, sanitation, and energy.

“The Central Government has accomplished a lot for Bihar. The projects inaugurated today will significantly enhance the state’s development,” remarked CM Nitish Kumar.
