New Delhi, Jan 24 (NationPress) Droupadi Murmu, the President of India, is set to commence the festivities for the 16th National Voters' Day (NVD-2026) on Sunday by presenting Electors Photo Identity Cards (EPIC) to the newly registered young voters, as announced by an official on Saturday.

This year's theme is 'My India, My Vote', accompanied by the tagline, 'Citizen at the Heart of Indian Democracy'.

President Murmu will be the Chief Guest for the event, with Arjun Ram Meghwal, the Union Minister of State for Law and Justice (Independent Charge), serving as the Guest of Honour.

The event will be led by Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, alongside Election Commissioners Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi, as per a statement from the Election Commission of India (ECI).
