Jaipur, Sep 29 (NationPress) Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma inaugurated projects totaling Rs 529 crore in his home constituency of Sanganer on Monday, underlining the government's dedication to the comprehensive development of all 200 assembly constituencies across the state.
Sharma emphasized that his government aims to elevate Rajasthan to unprecedented levels of progress.
He highlighted Sanganer's significance, labeling it as a critical industrial and cultural center for both Jaipur and Rajasthan. The government is prioritizing initiatives in this area to enhance its role in achieving the vision of a Developed Rajasthan.
During a public gathering, he inaugurated and laid the foundation for development works exceeding ₹529 crore in the Sanganer Assembly constituency.
He noted that the state has already commenced projects worth roughly Rs 100 crore in the power sector within Sanganer. Key projects like the construction of a Unity Mall, the expansion of Jaipur Metro, and an elevated road from the Sanganer flyover to the Choradia petrol pump will significantly boost regional progress.
Sharma stated that during this event, development initiatives worth about Rs 700 crore are being dedicated to Sanganer, with over Rs 529 crore allocated for projects in electricity, roads, education, and urban development.
Additionally, projects valued at nearly Rs 171 crore were inaugurated at the Sanganer Stadium.
The Chief Minister also laid the foundation stone for an elevated road from Triveni Nagar ROB to near Gurjar Ki Thadi on the Gopalpura bypass, costing over Rs 218 crore.
Sharma noted that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership, remarkable progress has been made nationwide.
In conjunction with the Prime Minister's birthday, the Seva Pakhwada has been launched in the state, featuring rural and urban service camps. These initiatives aim to realize Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay's vision of Antyodaya, ensuring that benefits reach every individual in society.
The Chief Minister encouraged citizens to actively engage in these camps and motivate others to participate. Deputy Chief Minister Premchand Bairwa asserted that under Sharma's leadership, the government continually makes decisions for public welfare.
He added that GST reforms introduced by Prime Minister Modi have significantly eased the burdens on the public and reaffirmed the double-engine government's commitment to making Rajasthan a leading state.
During the event, the Chief Minister distributed resources to Anganwadi centres, presented scooters to individuals with disabilities, and officially launched an ambulance. He received a warm welcome at various stops with garlands and public recognition.
