Sharma noted that the budget embodies the government’s fundamental aim of inclusive development, and its effective execution is essential for achieving the vision of Aapna Agrani Rajasthan and the long-term objective of Developed Rajasthan 2047.

The Chief Minister cautioned that any negligence in the implementation of development projects and schemes would be unacceptable. He instructed officials to take stringent action against any officer or contractor found responsible for delays or misconduct. He also stressed the importance of timely land allotment for development projects.

Reiterating the government's commitment to ensuring adequate drinking water for residents and irrigation for farmers, Sharma directed the Public Health Engineering Department to expedite initiatives under the Jal Jeevan Mission and Amrit 2.0.

He called for daily progress assessments and ongoing monitoring of major water supply and irrigation projects. The Chief Minister encouraged departments to enhance coordination in laying drinking water and sewer pipelines to minimize road damage and revenue loss.

He also directed immediate repairs for affected roads and instructed all District Collectors to monitor the situation daily.

In addition, he emphasized the use of the Central government's 'Call Before You Dig' app to prevent infrastructure damage and ensure timely repairs.

Sharma further advocated for the swift development of the Rajasthan Petro Zone near the Pachpadra Refinery (Balotra), envisioned as a modern industrial center to support downstream petrochemical industries, stressing the need for world-class infrastructure, including a strong road network.

He also provided guidance on the development of the proposed Rajasthan Mandapam in Jaipur. While reviewing the Energy Department’s budget announcements, the Chief Minister directed officials to finalize rates for electricity services to benefit the general public.

He urged them to hasten pump storage projects and release an incentive package for establishing a model solar village in every district, thereby enhancing the state’s energy capacity and sustainability.

Highlighting healthcare as a vital sector, Sharma mentioned that the government is dedicated to developing a strong medical infrastructure extending from urban areas to remote villages. He instructed the Medical and Health Department to speed up all pending health-related budget announcements.
